Bookings and deposits
Booking means accepting the cancellation policy: free up to 24 hours before the appointment. After that the deposit isn't refunded, because the slot can no longer be offered to anyone else.
Late arrivals and no-shows
Arriving more than ten minutes late may require rescheduling. Two no-shows within six months means future bookings require payment in full up front.
Packages and gift cards
Packages are personal and non-transferable. Gift cards are transferable, expire one year after purchase and are not redeemable for cash. Both are valid at either location.
Shop
Products are collected at the chosen shop. Unopened items can be returned within fourteen days with proof of purchase.
